What is the Creative Hangout?
Its a chance to connect, network, and form working relationships with other creatives as well as an opportunity to find your creative home with creative non profits from across Dallas.
Anyone interested in creative connections! This free-to-attend event is perfect for any creative looking to build a network of other creatives across a mutlitude of disciplines

Current and Former Participating Creative orgs & Non-Profits
Find your creative tribe! Dallas’s best nonprofit organizations and creative groups will be present, ready to connect and welcome you. Whether you’re looking to attend regular meetups, learn something new, or get involved and volunteer, there’s a place here for you.
(NOTE - Every event brings a different group of creative orgs based on their availability. Most of these orgs are volunteer run and operated non-profits and schedules can change as personal commitments do)
Where is the hangout happening?
Hangouts happen quarterly at different venues across Dallas. For our 2nd event we will be at Joe Leo’s Fine Tex Mex.

Dallas FILM
Every Dallas Creatives Hangout brings incredible people together and incredible organizations to share what they're doing. This quarter, we're highlighting Dallas Film, specifically the Dallas International Film Festival, which starts two days after the Creative Hangout. Come meet the DIFF team along with a host of other film and video-related organizations to highlight what film means to our local community and how all creatives can get involved.

Who’s behind the Hangout?
The Dallas Creative Hangout is part of a NextGen Sector Partnership initiative started locally by Dallas College with a goal to bring together a unique blend of public and private organizations and businesses to create a partnership the likes of which Dallas has never seen.
While the partnership has several goals, a core mission is to connect creatives across Dallas to help our artistic community thrive.
